Harte Hanks is a global multi-channel marketing company with 15 offices and 2500+ employees.  They offers a range of marketing services from direct mail to e-mail, including agency and digital services, database marketing solutions and business-to-business lead generation, direct mail, and contact centers.

After the company developed a new logo in-house, they approached TippingGardner to help them develop new messaging and implementation of the new identity.

We created a new tagline for Harte Hanks – Connections Made. Impact Delivered. And we also developed comprehensive messaging guidelines, templates, and tools for bringing the new identity to life across all applications around the world.

We developed an extensive online brand identity and brand asset management tool for Harte-Hanks, covering everything from visual identity elements and templates to very specific messaging examples. Within a relatively short time frame, Harte-Hanks was both visually consistent and speaking with one voice, globally.
We designed a simplified and streamlined set of case study and white paper templates to communicate Harte-Hanks successes and opinions in a consistent, impactful, and scalable way.
We also created global templates covering everything from business stationery to project reporting and PowerPoint decks.
